Wenn Du je eine 0,5 Liter Flasche Leitungs- und Beckenwasser mit nimmst, sollte es reichen. Du musst nur die Flasche, am besten eine Pet-Flasche Mineralwasser vorher gut mit Wasser ausspülen.
Da hab ich ja instinktiv richtig gehandelt.
Nitrit ist bei 0,4 laut dem JBL Test. Ich hab jetzt so eine Bakterien Intensiv Kur empfohlen bekommen, von der ich heute mit eine 30% Wasserwechsel die Hälfte rein tun soll und dann am Dienstag nach dem nächsten Wasserwechsel die andere Hälfte.

Du hättest den Nitritwert auch durch mehrere Wasserwechsel runter bringen können. Leider hast Du da gerade den Nitritpeak, da die Nitrifikation noch nicht im Gange ist und der Wert ist schon recht hoch. Hat man auch auf Ammoniak getestet?
Ich hätte da auf Wasserwechsel gesetzt und eher 80% gewechselt. Dann nach ein paar Stunden nochmals gemessen und dann weitere Teilwasserwechsel angehangen, die dann auch etwas kleiner sein können. Dieses Amtra Clean ist eigentlich eher ein Substratreiniger wie z. B. das Microbelift Substrat Cleaner. Diese Bakterien arbeiten aber sehr langsam beim Abbau, bis ein Effekt erzielt wird. Gut, es werden Nitrit und Ammoniak reduziert, aber Du weißt halt nicht wann. Ich hatte damals als ich angefangen hatte auch ein Nitrit-Problem gehabt und habe Bakterien reihenweise reingekippt. Aber der Effekt war nicht so groß wie z. B. ein Wasserwechsel und der ist halt wichtig, da Wasser im Aquarium immer schlecht und nur das frische Wasser gut ist.
Nein auf Ammoniak wurde nicht getestet, nur auf Nitrit. Wasserwechsel mache ich alle zwei Tage 50%. Sollte ich das jetzt doch öfter machen, obwohl diese Bakterien-Kur drinnen ist?

Hattest Du eigentlich geschrieben, wie lange das Becken ohne Garnelen lief? 4 Wochen sollten eher das Minimum sein und die Pflanzen und Einrichtung vorher 1 Woche wässern.

Ja, hatte ich geschrieben. Aufgrund von Empfehlungen eines lokalen Zooladens lief das Becken nur 2 Wochen bevor der Besatz rein kam.
Im Nachhinein ist man meistens schlauer.
Ich hatte damals einen großen Wasserwechsel gemacht und nachfolgend immer kleinere alle paar Stunden und habe den Nitritwert gemessen. Die Bakterien, die Du in das Becken reingibst, siedeln sich recht schnell an organischen Stoffen wie Mulm, Bodengrund, Filter etc. an, so dass nur wenige im freien Wasser schwimmen. Durch den Abbau der Schadstoffe wird das Wasser auch sehr belastend, wo man dann wiederum das Wasser wechselt.
Wenn ich mit dem Substratcleaner arbeite, dann lasse ich die Abbaubakterien arbeiten und mache einen großen Wasserwechsel nach ein paar Tagen. Das hat mir Daniel vom GT-Team empfohlen.
